You may not offer them in any other graphics collection or individually for sale and you may not alter the originals and claim them as your own. You may however link to the freebies page. This is ok as long as you link to the page that they are on and not directly to the download itself.

scrapbook pages, and other non commercial printable-digital items, by changing colours 
and size and even adding to them or removing from them. If you do this you MUST give 
proper credit. For example - "Red Mesh digital background paper altered from original - 
cropped and resized , striped shoelace altered from original - colorized to blue.

You may - link to the page on kirkyskreations.com to where freebies can be located to 
download by providing a link to that page, but do not direct link to the download.

You may - submit layouts that you have made my graphics to any scrapbook magazine for 
publication as long as proper credit is given to Kirsten Smit of kirkyskreations.com.

them in any way.

You may not - offer any graphics images by Kirsten Smit on any webpage for download, 
send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo group or include them in any graphics 
collection either on the internet or otherwise.

You may not - link to the kirkyskreations.com server - meaning you may not make the 
graphics show up on your website by copying them off of the website directly. This is 
bandwith stealing.  

You may not-  share or redistribute any graphics whether they may be free or purchased by 
download, email or CD Rom etc. Both purchased and free graphics from Kirky's Kreations are limited to only the user whom they were downloaded by.
